I posted a tutorial on a Mini Business Card holder earlier, but I wanted to make on that was more of a box with a "normal" lid. So, sat down and made this box and really liked how it turned out. There is no Velcro and it closes like a regular box with a flap. I'm really liking how this one turned out. I was able to add 12 cards to this box, which is more than the other box would hold.
Supplies used:
3 7/8" x 3 7/8" Card Stock
Score board
Cutting board
Adhesive tape
Scissors
Rubbermoon August Stamp
Xyron Sticker
The measurements listed on this photo are where you will score the card stock. |
What the cardstock will look like after scoring. |
Fold at all of the score lines and then cut up to the score line as shown here. Trim off the upper two corners down to the second score line. |
Round the top flap corners. |
Apply score tape to the middle two flaps as shown. |
Add score tape to the right and left back flaps as shown. |
Remove the score tape, fold over the front right and left flaps to form the first part of the box, and adhere to the smaller middle flap. |
Remove the score tape from the back two flaps, folder over, and apply to the previously folded flap. |
Fold over the top flap and insert into the box. This is what the finished box should look like. Embellish your box and load it up with Moo cards! |
