Ebay and Etsy are alive with discussions about how this will effect all of us - I have gotten lots of mixed ideas about the real bill - I need to go off and read it. My work is mostly canvas and paper - but I do use other mediums when the mood strikes me. I know so many wonderul doll makers - they are scared to death.
